complicated lighting system intrusive housekeeping
i found some issues . the lighting system in the room was overly complicated. i couldn't figure out how to work the bath tap easily. also, housekeeping knocked on my door even when the privacy notice was displayed. it felt a bit intrusive.

amazing stay!
helpful staff diligent staff very good breakfast
The staff was very helpful upon arrival. the reception floor staff was diligent. One young man paid particular attention to the immediate area outside the entrance, keeping it free from debris. breakfast was first class. it was very convenient for the city center! it was a very good experience.
i was a little disappointed because there was not much water in the room, and the minibar had to be ordered separately.

The beautiful room featured a comfortable king-size bed and ample space. it also included a large tv, a well-stocked minibar, and a modern bathroom with high-quality toiletries. I loved it. the room was immaculate and very clean.

warm welcome clean bedding slow staff dreadful coffee
Adam, the concierge, gave such a warm welcome! the reception lady was also lovely. my partner owns a cleaning company and she thought the room was super clean! the bedding was turned down in the evening. It was such a nice touch.
The check-in process took 20 minutes, the same as checking out. breakfast was not good. The staff seemed slow and not well-trained. the coffee was dreadful.

attentive staff central location comfortable bed
i found the room lovely. the bed was comfortable. the staff was very helpful and attentive to all requests. the location is central and very ideal for accessing shops and various theatre venues nearby.
the toilet area felt small in comparison to the overall room size.

the bistro offered a nice selection of meals and snacks. i had breakfast in the lounge and it was AMAZING!!! the bar had a very good selection of drinks to choose from.

the pool area included a good sized swimming pool. the sauna was clean and well maintained. the club lounge access provided a great experience, especially for evening cocktails and canapés.

the staff were pretty good too. everyone was accommodating. the concierge was helpful in arranging last-minute requests. the service was always very prompt and efficient.
